Sponsoring at Zeleniy Gay boarding school

We have started to participate in a sponsorship program at Zeleniy Gay boarding school for teenagers that need a professional education, after they leave state sponsored boarding school.

We were approached by a sponsor who wished to offer support to an adolescent orphan on a medium- to long-term bases.
Such a program requires quite a complex organization that we can not (yet) provide ourselves. But thanks to our partner organization OBS, which has already initiated such a program three years ago, we were able to respond positively to this request. American, Australian and Spanish families are currently participating in that OBS program.

The first three Swiss families will now join the OBS program and will sponsor three teenagers. These three teenagers will have reached the age limit to stay in boarding school in summer 2010. They have planned a professional education for which they need sponsors. The sponsoring families will undertake to establish and maintain a relationship with their pupils and help them financially for a period of 2 years at least.
