Palliative wing
The second medium-sized room is used for palliative children.
The room is divided into zones: Sleeping, Play and Dining area.
This department of palliative care is for children with the highest degree of severe disabilities. Unfortunately, such departments have always existed, even at the time in Nikolaiev. The maximum number of children in the ward is 10, because the amount of care is much higher than in the normal group. Besides, the children are supervised 24 hours by two nurses.
In the palliative department in NBH2 everything is very well organized and the children are provided with all the essentials.
